Regardless of where they live, Cubans everywhere share a rich cultural legacy that unites them across distant geographies and ideologies.
As joint stewards and claimants of this patrimony, all Cubans must also share in the responsibility for its care conservation, so that, future generations may use it as a link to their history and anchor their common identity
