Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Items marked as final sale or personalized are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact our support team at hcc@herenciaculturalcubana.org to request a return.
2. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
